Cori Maedal is a Vancouver-based HR Consultant with over 25 years of experience in human resources. She heads a trusted team of HR experts who work together to explore the different aspects of employee performance and how to positively impact them, as an employer.  

She will look at and discuss the following:

  • Coaching Conversations – how to engage/performance manage an employee by the way one communicates.
  • Communication – what to say and when to say it.
  • What affects performance (System, Training, Manager, Employee)

Registration & Reception: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Chapter Meeting Presentation with Cori Maedal: 5:45pm – 6:45pm

Dinner: 6:45pm – 7:30pm

TSBC Presentation: 7:30pm – 7:45pm 

Chapter Meeting: 7:45pm – 8:30pm


IMPORTANT: Cancellation Policy — Effective March 1st, 2019, those members whom have registered for a Vancouver Chapter Meeting may contact ECABC to cancel up to 72 business day-hours prior to the meeting date at no charge; a full refund will be issued by the ECABC Provincial Office if applicable. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 72 business-day hours prior to the meeting date, and those members cancelling or failing to attend without notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. In the event that a member was registered by another party from their company, the charge will be directed to the original registering party. We recognize that uncontrollable situations do arise, however, so any participant substitution(s) may be made at no additional charge. All fees will be processed by the ECABC Provincial Office. Enforcement of this policy is at the discretion of the ECABC President.
