- 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Information Session
- Comprehensive walkthrough of the manual
- Emphasis on changes from the previous edition
- Introduction to new concepts for utilizing the manual effectively
- 4:30 – 4:45 PM: Snack & refreshment break
- 4:45 – 5:45 PM:
- Practical examples to clarify the updates
- Workshop: Participate in hands-on group activities to determine seismic categories and select required details using the manual.

What’s the difference between the information session and the full session?
The full session includes the following:
- Access to the PDF version of the updated 2024 Seismic Restraint Manual.
- Participation in the entire session, which features a hands-on workshop after the break.
- Reminder: Please bring your laptop. This session is a great opportunity to fully utilize the updated manual and refresh your knowledge of the course material.
The information session, on the other hand:
- Does not include snacks or the PDF manual.
- Provides an overview of the changes from the 2020 Seismic Restraint Manual to the updated 2024 version.
