AI Tools for Smarter Project Management

AI is already changing how construction offices operate. The question is not whether your team will use it — but whether they will use it well.

AI Tools for Smarter Project Management is a practical, hands-on course designed specifically for construction professionals. Participants learn how to use tools like Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Copilot, and other leading AI platforms to draft RFIs, analyze specifications, summarize meetings, manage budgets, and streamline project communication — all while applying proper privacy safeguards and professional judgment.

Across two focused 3.5-hour sessions delivered live via Microsoft Teams, students gain real-world skills, structured prompting techniques, and construction-specific workflows they can implement immediately.

This is not theory. It’s applied AI for real construction offices.
