Beyond his professional life, Phil serves as a Master Course Facilitator for the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association, where he chaired their national Coaching/Instructional program for four years. He was honored with the 2018 IG Wealth Management Community National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Coach Developer Award for his outstanding contributions to developing trained and certified NCCP Coaches.
