SPONSORSHIPS

‘Cart’ Sponsorship, $1500: Have your company name and logo front and centre on each golf cart. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Premium Greens’ Sponsorship, $1000: This opportunity allows the sponsor to place branded flags at each hole. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Lunch’ Sponsorship, $1000: This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the BBQ featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Dinner’ Sponsorship, $1000: This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at dinner featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Score Card’ Sponsorship, $1000: This sponsor will be recognized with your company logo on each team’s score card. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Registration’ Sponsorship, $500: The sponsor’s logo will be featured on signage at the registration area.

‘Closest to the Pin’ Sponsorship, $500: A tee sign with your company logo will be placed at an assigned hole on the golf course.

‘Ladies’ Longest Drive’ Sponsorship, $500: A tee sign with your company logo will be placed at an assigned hole on the golf course; sponsors are also required to provide a prize for the winner.

‘Men’s Longest Drive’ Sponsorship, $500: A tee sign with your company logo will be placed at an assigned hole on the golf course; sponsors are also required to provide a prize for the winner.

‘Putting Contest’ Sponsorship, $500: A tee sign with your company logo will be placed at the putting hole; you also have the opportunity to have a representative at the putting green. This sponsor is also required to provide a prize for the winner.

‘Hole-In-One’ Sponsorship, $300: Please note: hole-in-one sponsorships require a spotter at the assigned hole. Sponsorship cost is $300, plus the insurance (which the sponsor must procure). This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be recognized on ECABC’s website and in ECABC’s e-newsletter.

‘Hole’ Sponsorship, $300: A tee sign with your company logo (easel) will be placed at one of the 18 holes on the golf course. Your company will also be recognized on ECABC’s website and in ECABC’s e-newsletter.

About the Charity:

Vancouver Island Mental Health Society (VIMHS) was founded with the aim of addressing the mental health and substance use needs of individuals in the region. VIMHS has evolved over the years to become a critical support system in both Nanaimo and Campbell River, offering a variety of rehabilitative, supportive, and harm reduction services. As a registered charitable non-profit, VIMHS has focused on fostering community well-being, advocating for individuals facing mental health challenges, and providing both immediate and long-term options. Their work is deeply rooted in the principles of support, empowerment, and respect for those who are marginalized or at risk.

Fees for the event are as specified below:

  • Team of Four: $780 plus tax
  • Single Player: $200 plus tax

Event Policies

IMPORTANT — Cancellation Policy: Fees will be invoiced following registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance, please contact ECABC at any time up to four (4) weeks prior to the event date for a full refund. A cancellation from two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks will result in a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled event start date. 

Care, don’t share – if you are feeling unwell, please send another team member in your place. To keep our members safe, ECABC is happy to accommodate last-minute name changes.

 

Notice of Photography 

Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on ECABC’s website and social media accounts. By registering for this event, you consent to the Association photographing and using your image and likeness. If you do not want to be photographed, please let the ECABC staff know when you arrive to the event.
