The voice of BC’s electrical contractors since 1952
The Electrical Contractors Association of British Columbia (ECABC) represents approximately 145 members across the province including open shop and IBEW-signatory electrical contractors; line utility contractors; and manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.
ECABC’s members are critical to the construction of electricity generation projects, transmission infrastructure, homes, hospitals, EV charging stations and much more. In a world that is increasingly powered by renewable electricity, ECABC’s members have never been more vital to building the infrastructure B.C. families and communities need.
Founded in 1952, ECABC is the only organization in British Columbia committed exclusively to advancing the interests of the electrical construction sector.
ECABC has three regional Chapters (Central, Vancouver and Vancouver Island) which host Chapter meetings, social events, charity golf tournaments and more to support local members.
