ECABC offers a variety of online courses through BuildForce Canada, which provide team members with necessary knowledge and skills to deal effectively and professionally with their coworkers, sub-trades, owners, clients, engineers and their employees and were created to enhance health and safety awareness and help prevent injuries to workers.

The Electrical Safety Training System (ESTS) is a compliant and highly-effective eLearning training experience for electrical workers who need to manage or may be exposed to the electrical hazards of arc flash and shock.

Using leading-edge technology for the best available online training solution, ESTS is highly interactive and delivered in modules with multiple lessons, interactive knowledge checks, virtual work task scenarios and a final assessment. ESTS uses a 3D “Virtual Electrical Workplace” to enhance the training experience.

OOSHEW is an occupational health and safety consulting and training company with a training facility located in Surrey, BC. It specializes in hands-on skills training that engages participants in real life activities and scenarios to improve expertise and their ability to recognize and act upon workplace risks.  Included in their offer of Workplace Training Courses is Lockout/ Tagout, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection and Rigging.

Trauma Tech is an Occupational Safety and First Aid Training centre conveniently located on the Vancouver/Burnaby border. Their safety experts will keep your company WorkSafeBC compliant by teaching up-to-date safety fundamentals with hands-on practical training including Occupational First Aid Level 1.

The Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) is a partnership between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 213 (IBEW) and the Electrical Contractors Association of BC (ECABC). They have been providing apprenticeship training in BC for more than 100 years, and are proud of our record of service and quality.

E2 Inc.’s purpose is to bring the expertise and capacity of the EJTC to the industry training field. Training offered through E2 Inc. is available to both union and open shop tradespeople via onsite training at EJTC’s new training facility, offsite training at a location of the organizer’s choice, or in some cases through a train-the-trainer capacity.
