FOR HARD COPIES: ECABC welcomes purchasers to pick up hard copy publications from the ECABC office in Vancouver. If shipment is required we request that you please arrange for a courier on your end. If you require assistance in coordination, please contact the ECABC office and we’re happy to help.
FOR PDF COPIES: All sales of PDF documents are final and non-refundable. The PDF file will be emailed to you directly. Please provide full name and email address of the end-user. File access is not immediate. Please plan for a potential delay of 1 – 2 business days before you gain access.
