For the past 8 years, Jessica has been a certified coach, specializing in Human Needs Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her coaching approach blends psychology and communication techniques, empowering individuals and teams to overcome challenges and thrive.

Jessica is also the host of the Ignited Entrepreneurs Podcast, where she shares insights and strategies from her extensive experience. Additionally, she is a multi-time author, contributing her knowledge to help professionals in various industries reach their full potential.
