With a passion for workplace health and safety and over 25 years of experience in the health and safety industry, Roger founded Regehr Workplace Safety Solutions in 2007. Early in his career, while employed as a first aid attendant and supervisor at a local sawmill, he experienced first-hand the devastating impact a serious injury can have on a worker and their loved ones. This event heavily influenced his decision to shift the core focus of his career to health and safety.
Roger’s previous experience working with tools, equipment, and heavy machinery in his early career, has proven to be an asset to his work as a safety professional, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the health and safety challenges workers face when working on the tools.
