BC Hydro plays a critical role in keeping electricity rates affordable while investing in the infrastructure needed to deliver reliable, clean power across British Columbia. BC Hydro continues to expand programs and initiatives that support electrification and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including through its $36 billion, 10-year capital plan and advancing critical infrastructure projects like the North Coast Transmission Line.

Graham Fenwick
Director of Capital Construction, BC Hydro
Graham Fenwick has worked for BC Hydro for over 36 years and is the Director of Capital Construction leading a team of approximately 500 professionals responsible for delivering the BC Hydro capital construction program safely, on time and on budget. This capital construction program consists of several hundred generation, transmission and substation construction projects at a time. Graham holds a Diploma of Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering, a Masters of Structural Engineering, is a Project Management Professional and a Contract & Commercial Management Advanced Practitioner.
Brian Wong, P.Eng., PMP
Director of Infrastructure Projects Supply Chain, BC Hydro
Brian Wong is the Director of Infrastructure Projects Supply Chain at BC Hydro, where he oversees procurement for Generation, Transmission, and Distribution capital projects, as well as Indigenous Procurement and Corporate Purchasing. Since joining BC Hydro in 2003, Brian has held a range of roles, including Design Engineer, Project Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. He holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Engineer (EGBC) and a Project Management Professional (PMI).
Anders Lam
Division Manager, Program and Contract Management, BC Hydro
Anders Lam is a Division Manager in BC Hydro’s Program and Contract Management (PCM) group. In his role, he helps align capital investment plans with the internal and external operational resources required to successfully deliver them. His team serves as an enabling function supporting Generation, Transmission, and Distribution capital projects and programs, with PCM overseeing approximately $1 billion in annual work. Anders holds a Bachelor in Economics and Psychology from University of British Columbia and a Master of Economics from Simon Fraser University.
Cancellation Policy
Fees will be collected at the time of registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance please contact ECABC at any time up to 4 weeks prior to the course start date for a full refund. A cancellation from 2 weeks to 4 weeks will result in a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date. Participant substitutions may be made up to 2 days before the course start date, at no additional fee.
If the course needs to be to be postponed or cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, ECABC will refund the registration fee or, if possible, the attendee may choose to move to an identical session in the future.
