Electrical Day of Recognition – Oct 6, 2024

October 6, 2024: Electrical Injury Day of Recognition

In partnership with the  Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta, the Canadian Electrical Contractors Association, and the National Electrical Trade Council, ECABC is proud to support and create awareness around the Electrical Injury Day of Recognition. The dangers of working live are a concern electrical contractors manage on a daily basis.

The Day of Recognition will officially be recognized on October 6, 2024 and supported with resources provided by CECA, as well as an in-person education session ECABC is coordinating with Technical Safety BC on October 18th at BCIT: “Where did I go wrong? Electrical incidents that will shock you.”

Stay tuned to ECABC’s social media channels for regular distribution of safety information throughout the month of October.
