Standard Guest Room (1 King or 2 Queen Beds): $379/night. Conference rates will be honoured 2 days Pre-and-Post event subject to availability.

Resort fee: Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $40.00 per room, per night in effect at the time of check in. This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include: WI-FI, Resort Equipment (including bikes, kayaks, peddle boats, and paddle boards), Wine Tastings, Restaurant vouchers, and more. Covered amenities are subject to change without notice.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, May 4, 2026

Early departure fee: Guests will be charged an Early Departure Fee if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
