Vancouver Island Chapter Meeting – April 2025

ECABC’s Vancouver Island Chapter would like to invite you to mark your calendars for their upcoming meeting in April!

Brendon Ogmundson, Chief Economist for BCREA, will be speaking on B.C.'s current economic situation and the possible effects of tariffs.

It'll be a great opportunity to network with peers in the industry, it will also include dinner and a Chapter meeting!

Brendon Ogmundson is the Chief Economist for the BC Real Estate Association. He holds an MA in Economics from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA Charterholder. Brendon specializes in housing market analysis and macroeconomic forecasting and is a member of the BC Ministry of Finance’s Economic Forecast Council, and a contributor to the Philadelphia Federal Reserve's Survey of Professional Forecasters and has been named one of the most influential economists in BC by Business in Vancouver
