Fees will be collected at the time of registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance, please contact ECABC at any time up to 4:30pm on Friday, September 23rd for a full refund. There will be no refund for cancellations after 4:30pm on Friday, September 23rd. Participant substitutions may be made up to two (2) days before the event at no additional cost.
