ECABC has secured a discounted room block at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for our guests.
To secure your room, please find the online booking link here or call the Fairmont’s Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414 to make your reservations. Callers should identify themselves as being part of the ECABC Annual General Meeting, or group code 092371ST_001 in order to receive the group rates.*
Please note, reservations are on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. We encourage you to secure your room as soon as possible.

Event ticket fees will be collected at the time of registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance, please contact ECABC at any time up to 4:30pm on Tuesday, September 26th for a full refund. Participant substitutions may be made up to two business (2) days before the event at no additional cost.
