You’re Invited!

The Vancouver Chapter would like to invite its members to their upcoming meeting featuring a presentation on ‘Human 101: Psychological Health and Safety’ from WorkSafeBC‘s Occupational Health & Safety Consultant Steven Mah. The focus of the presentation will be on understanding the underlying principles and the importance of having a practical approach when it comes to Psychological Health and Safety.

The talk will be accompanied by a brief networking reception, refreshments, Chapter meeting, and a wiring competition where you (or your apprentice) have a chance to win a prize! Take part to see if you’re the fastest in the Chapter, or bring an apprentice along (for no additional cost) where they will have the chance to win a $1000 scholarship and their employer could win $2,500 worth of IDEAL tools and supplies.

Cancellation Policy

Those members whom have registered for a Vancouver Chapter Meeting may contact ECABC to cancel up to 72 business-day hours prior to the meeting date at no charge; a full refund will be issued by the ECABC Provincial Office if applicable. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 72 business-day hours prior to the meeting date, and those members cancelling or failing to attend without notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. In the event that a member was registered by another party from their company, the charge will be directed to the original registering party. We recognize that uncontrollable situations do arise, however, so any participant substitution(s) may be made at no additional charge. All fees will be processed by the ECABC Provincial Office. Enforcement of this policy is at the discretion of the ECABC President.

Please be advised that photographs may be taken at the event for use on ECABC’s website and social media accounts. By registering for this event, you consent to the association photographing and using your image and likeness. If you do not want to be photographed, please let the ECABC staff know when you arrive to the event.
