The Vancouver Chapter is thrilled to announce its 21st Annual Golf Tournament will be taking place on Thursday, May 16th, 2024!

This year, the Vancouver Chapter is proud to support the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation!
BC Children’s Hospital provides expert care for the most seriously ill or injured children from across British Columbia and the Yukon. Last year, BC Children’s Hospital assisted over 130,000 sick kids. Your generosity provides vital funding for the hospital’s priority needs which include equipment, programs and clinical research.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

NEW! Welcome Bag Sponsorship, $1,000 + 150 bags (donated by sponsor): Each golfer will receive a welcome bag sponsored by your company, filled with snacks and refreshments for the day ahead. You are responsible for providing 150 bags (either from your own stock, or ECABC is happy to provide custom ordering options). Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers. Contact ECABC to confirm your interest.

‘Dinner’ Sponsorship, $2000: This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Cart’ Sponsorship, $2000: Have your company name and logo front and centre on each golf cart. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Premium Greens’ Sponsorship, $1500: This opportunity allows the sponsor to place branded flags at each hole. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Premium Door Prize’ Sponsorship, $1500: This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Skills Hole’ Sponsorship, $1500: This sponsorship is for all skill holes – longest drive, closest to the pin (KP), and straightest drive for both men and ladies. This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘BBQ’ Sponsorship, $1500: This sponsorship funds the welcome BBQ for all golfers before the shotgun start. This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be verbally recognized at the event, as well as on ECABC’s website, in ECABC’s e-newsletter and included in correspondence sent out to all golfers.

‘Door Prize’ Sponsorship, $500: Donate $500 towards a prize. A tent card recognizing the company will be identified on the table of prizes at dinner, and the sponsor will also receive verbal recognition at the event.

‘Putting Contest’ Sponsorship, $400: This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be recognized on ECABC’s website and in ECABC’s e-newsletter.

‘Hole-In-One’ Sponsorship, $400: Please note: Hole-in-One sponsors are responsible for arranging their own insurance and spotters. Sponsorship cost is $400, plus the insurance for the prize. This sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the event featuring your company name and logo. Your company will also be recognized on ECABC’s website and in ECABC’s e-newsletter.

‘Hole’ Sponsorship, $400: A tee sign with your company logo (easel) will be placed at one of the 18 holes on the golf course. Your company will also be recognized on ECABC’s website and in ECABC’s e-newsletter.

Mulligan rules:

In golf, a “mulligan” is a do-over or second chance at a shot with no penalty during a casual round of play. See below for how they are used:

  • String can be used for one hole only.
  • String can only be used once ball is on the green.
  • String must be used once opened for that hole.
  • Place one end of the string at cup edge – opposite end of string to place ball for team putt.

IMPORTANT — Cancellation Policy: Fees will be invoiced following registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance, please contact ECABC at any time up to four (4) weeks prior to the event date for a full refund. A cancellation from two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks will result in a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled event start date. 

Care, don’t share – if you are feeling unwell, please send another team member in your place. To keep our members safe, ECABC is happy to accommodate last-minute name changes.

Notice of Photography 

Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on ECABC’s website and social media accounts. By registering for this event, you consent to the Association photographing and using your image and likeness. If you do not want to be photographed, please let the ECABC staff know when you arrive to the event.
