The Joint Line Apprenticeship Training Association (JLATA) is a not-for-profit organization established February 2, 1993 by Power Line Contractors signatory to the Master Line Agreement (“Employers”) and the Local 258 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), for the management, development and overseeing of the Power Line Technician Apprenticeship Program in British Columbia.
