MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN THE WORKPLACE

This course focuses on mental health and wellness in the workplace. The topics covered and the knowledge gained can be applied to other situations outside of the workplace environment. At the end of the course participants will have: a new awareness regarding mental health and wellness; knowledge of the psychological and social risk factors that may create barriers in the workplace; an understanding of suicidality and trauma prevention and intervention; and effective tools and approaches that reduce stigma and help support and improve employee resilience.
