The below rates are applicable from June 20-22, 2024 on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of rooms are also available June 16-19 and June 23-25 at the discounted rate if you would like to extend your stay.

Room Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of guestroom reservations will result in a one-night charge unless the cancellation is received no less than SEVEN (7) DAYS before the arrival date. If the attendee/guest does not cancel their reservation and does not arrive on their scheduled date, that individual will then be charged for the first night’s accommodation and applicable taxes. The remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled.
Parking is $15 + GST per day, per vehicle, for in-house guests.

Pets – some pet rooms are available in standard rooms, $25 pet charge per room, per night.
Room Cancellation Policy
Please advise the hotel of any reservation changes and cancellations in writing. An individual guest cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival, without penalty. An individual guest cancellation made within 24 hours is non-refundable and will be charged a one-night cancellation fee.
Complimentary Guest and Bus parking is available for registered guests.

Event ticket fees will be collected at the time of registration. Should it be necessary to cancel your attendance, please contact ECABC at any time up to 4:30pm on Friday, June 7th, 2024 for a full refund. Participant substitutions may be made up to two business (2) days before the event at no additional cost.
